Abstract—Quality of Experience (QoE) is an important parameter in communication ways. The importance of QoE becomes more when we use Long Term Environment (LTE) to transmit data packets. However, there are some methods to measure QoE, the complexity of common methods is obstacle to use popularity. In this paper, we present an approach to measure QoE in LTE. Presented approach is usability as precise. We use three optimization algorithms in our approach: 1-intlligent automata 2-simulated annealing 3-monarchy butterfly optimization. Although the original release of used algorithms are single-objective, we improve them to multi-objective. We compare the performance of algorithms.
